The project was inspired by the Mix & Match styling, were the use of different style/brand/price clothing/accessories ( a pair of Christian Louboutin black high heels, a skinny dark blue pair of jeans from H&M, a white T-shirt from Miss Sixty and a black millitair jacket from Balmain for example ) give the identity of the individuality and personal style.
The choice was a matter of taste and choice according to the consumer current feeling and need. A quideline with the retail suggestions to their customers according to Spring Summer 2011 collection, has been displayed as an informational text.
The uniqueness of this project was the fact that the viewer didn't see the typical suggestions worn on the mannequins, but instead he/she had to visualise ( Mix and Match ) the choices that were provided to the window, encouraging them to develop their personal taste and style.
The whole window has been covered with paper, in order to emphasize on the items/products, that the viewer need to use for the creation of their personal of style.
The window after the use of all the above, was for :
Men's section
Women's section
The entrance floor, gave also some alternative options to the viewers that hasn't Mixed & Matched the window suggestions as stylish as they wanted.
